The Christ of Rio de Janeiro, recently voted one of the new 7 wonders of the world, is the monument that best visit Rio, located on the Corcovado Mountain, 710 meters (2,100 feet) above sea level. From the summit, you can desfrutarse a 360 degree view of the city / Pause for lunch in a typical restaurant / Afternoon tour to Sugar Loaf. Sugar loaf is the second most visited tourist site in Rio. It is a mountain of 396 meters where you can have a panoramic view of Copacabana, Botafogo and Flamengo besides the center of the city, the Rio-Niterói Bridge and Guanabara Bay. At the top of Sugar Loaf is reached by a funicular that leaves from a station located opposite the Plaza General Tiburcio. The tour takes place in two stages: the first comes to the top of Morro de Urca and the second to the Sugar Loaf. If the view`s from the funicular and the Morro de Urca are impressive, what about those who are from the Sugar Loaf. Here too there is a path to walk between vegetation and different viewpoints. (Approximate time required 8 hours)

In the evening you’ll enjoy a great samba experience at "Pimpolhos", a nonprofit organization located in one of the larger samba schools, the "Acadêmicos do Grande Rio". This child samba school uses carnival language as a tool for education and skill development. It has been working since 2004 with kids between 5 to 18 years old and their families, who live in poor communities at Duque de Caxias, in the port area of Rio and the Favela da Providencia. RIO DE JANEIRO -FOZ DO IGUASSU:
Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to the airport to embark on your flight to Iguazu. At arrival, you will admire the Iguazu falls from the Argentina side: You will Cross the Tancredo Neves Bridge with its lovely view of the Iguassu Canyon heading towards the Iguaçu National Park in Argentina. At the entrance, a small train will take you on a tour through the park, making 2 stops: upper and lower circuit. Follow the walkways to the top of the waterfalls that provide spectacularly unique views of the ‘Cataratas’, amidst the abundant nature filled with orchids, colorful birds and other wildlife. The highlight of the trip is a visit to the suspended platform at the very brink of the Devil’s Throat – largest of the waterfalls.
You will also experience “GREAT ADVENTURE”, departing from the Operative Center or from the Visitors’ center; we shall enter the jungle by the Yacaratiá trail in trucks specially designed for this environment. Bilingual guides (Spanish and English) will introduce the place’s natural and cultural resources.
This 5 kms long stretch ends at Puerto Macuco, At its dock, visitors shall board on the boats that shall be sailing in the Lower Iguazu River for as long as 6 kms, heading towards the waterfalls area, enjoying plentiful rapids.
Upon reaching the Tres Mosqueteros Fall, visitors shall be able to see the falls of both the Argentine and Brazilian sides crowned by the view of the Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Throat). Afterwards, the most exciting point comes when facing the incomparable San Martín waterfall, the second in dimension and the hugest any boat may face.
At the end of the trip, we shall descend from the boat on the dock located in front of the San Martín Island, where visitors may continue enjoying the landscape joining the runways system of the Lower Circuit.
This excursion can also be made in the opposite direction: from the San Martín dock to the Visitors’ Center.
Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
FOZ DO IGUASSU:
Today you will have a half day excursion to the Brazilian falls: you will cross the Tancredo Neves Bridge and head towards the Iguaçu National Park in Brazil. In route to the falls, you will drive through the lush, subtropical vegetation of the park. After arrival, you will take a descending trail of the canyon, from where you can enjoy panoramic views of more than 240 falls. You will board a glass elevator, which takes you to a platform where more exquisite views will be revealed. Along with its “sister” park in Argentina, The Iguassu National Park forms the most significant remaining rainforest in the southern cone of South America, which along with the waterfalls have been declared a National Heritage Site by UNESCO.

After the visit you will visit the “Bird Park”: The Guira Oga Bird Park gives tourists the opportunity to experience the native flora and fauna at first hand. By following the trails through the forest, you will have the opportunity to get close wonderful native Brazilian bird species, some of which are classified as endangered.
In the evening “Refain show and dinner”, a lively musical show with the traditional folklore of the region at the "Rafain Churrascaria" where you will be able to taste the famous Brazilian barbecue, prepared with a great variety of selected meats and buffet of side dishes. During dinner, you will enjoy a South American folkloric show, representing the music and dance of the countries bordering Foz do Iguaçu– Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. There will also be elements of dance and music from Mexico, Bolivia, Peru and Chile.
Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
FOZ DO IGUASSU-MANAUS AT AMAZON ECOPARK LODGE:
After breakfast transfer to the airport to embark on your flight to Manaus. Reception at the airport with your guide transfer to the Amazon Eco park Jungle Lodge. Check-in welcome reception with local juices after which guests will be shown to the room. Following visit to the Monkey Jungle Dinner and evening tour by canoe for Alligator Spotting.
Overnight at the lodge.
AMAZON ECOPARK LODGE:
Breakfast followed by a Nature-Hike .Lunch. After a short rest, visit to the home of local Amazonian residents” (“caboclos”) with an opportunity for Fishing.
Half Day with overnight staying (Trecking 1 + Overnight)
Accomplishment of special instructions with emphasis on the subject “ life in the jungle” with the following activities: Journey through the jungle with instructions and demonstrations of the following topics: water, fire and salt obtaining; sorts of vegetables, traps, constructions of shelters; peconha, diner in the jungle (chicken, fish, manioc meal, salt lemon and fruits); and a journey through the jungle, at night there will be lectures about Amazon legends, jungle knowledge and indigenous habits, rest. Returning to place of exit in the morning.
