Day 1
Rome, Italy
Meet your Trip Leader and step back to 753 BC in one of the world's oldest open-air museums on a walking tour and give that bucket list a workout. Make like Caesar (the emperor, not the salad) and work up a colossal hunger as you pass by the Pantheon, throw your two cents in the Trevi Fountain, sit on the Spanish Steps and visit ancient history. Tonight, you're in Disneyland for foodies. Have fun.
Included today:-Walking tour of Rome

Day 2
Rome including Vatican City visit
Create the ultimate Roman Holiday in one day with a whirlwind of Vespas, espresso, two-cheek kisses and pizza the way it's supposed to taste. Play eye spy with two-and-a-half millennia's worth of history. Shop til you drop on Via Condotti, head to Capitoline Hill for sick views of the Roman Forum and Colosseum or just kick back in Piazza Navona for some dolce far niente (delicious idleness).
Optional activities: -Vatican City tour

Day 3
Rome to Sorrento
Kick off your day with an optional pit stop at the UNESCO World Heritage Site and ancient city Pompeii, which was abruptly buried one evening in 79AD when nearby Vesuvius erupted all over the place. Then, we're off to coastal Sorrento for an afternoon arrival. Get your bearings then feast at a local restaurant and soak up the seaside atmosphere.
Optional Activity:-Pompeii visit and guided tour

Day 4
Sorrento
Set off on your own down the Amalfi coast to Positano by local bus. We promise, your jaw will be aching from all those #nofilter sights. Tonight: follow the sound of live music and carb up at a local joint of your choosing.
Optional activity:-Day trip to the Isle of Capri

Day 5
Sorrento to Assisi
Down that cappucino, we're off to Assisi. Stare at the storybook landscape like a lovesick puppy on the way to the birthplace of Franciscan friars. See the frescoes at St Francis Basilica with a local guide before splitting off to explore the 14th century streets on your own. More grub awaits you al fresco at the hotel.
Included today:-Assisi walking tour with local guide.

Day 6
Assisi to Florence
Shoot some espresso before milling around the medieval city of Siena. A local guide will show you around the epic Renaissance sights before you get to explore. Psst...we'll need you to cover up as we're entering a sacred site. Next up: a local wine tasting and another al fresco dinner in the Tuscan countryside. Tonight, we take Florence by storm.
Included today: -Siena visit-Wine tasting & Al fresco dinner

Day 7
Florence
Florence has more stories than Bilbo Baggins, more culture than a Shoreditch hipster, over 1,800 restaurants and it gave the world gelato. Get schooled on the Medici family, stroll the Ponte Vecchio (the only bridge not bombed in Florence WWII) and get an in-depth tour of the city with a local guide. You could do worse than hunting down a Florentine steak for dinner tonight.
Included today:-In-depth city tour with a local guide-Leather works demonstration

Day 8
Florence, Italy
Rub your food baby (and see if it brings you luck) and down one last espresso - we're out of here on a Vespa after breakfast.
