Day 1 
Madrid, Spain
Meet your new amigos and set your clock to Madrid time. Time is on your side. Kick things off with a guided tour and get a lay of the land.

Day 2 
Madrid
Fiesta or siesta? The choice is yours as we hand you over to the Spanish capital. Check out the works of Picasso, Dali? and Miro or explore the gothic backstreets. Don't miss the Prado Museum, the botanical gardens and the home of Real Madrid FC.

Day 3 
Madrid to Seville
Off to Seville, the city that was supposedly founded by Hercules 3000 years ago. But first: Toledo, the old Spanish capital to tick off another UNESCO World Heritage site.

Day 4 
Seville
Your day, your way. Wander the streets once roamed by the greedy conquistadors counting gold or crane your neck through the corridors of Alcazar. Tonight is all about small bites, Seville's tapas is famous for a reason.

Day 5 
Seville to Granada
Pit stop in Cordoba for a dose of Islamic culture. Granada next. Get your bearings on a walking tour before cutting loose in the young university town.

Day 6 
Granada
Cross off one of the world's 'must- do before you die' sights with a visit to Alhambra today, a place so gorgeous, poets have been describing it for centuries.
Included today: Guided tour of the Alhambra

Day 7 
Granada to Valencia
Off to Valencia for a tour of the Old Quarter. This is also the home of paella so hunt some down while you have the chance. Then dinner.#foodcoma.

Day 8 
Valencia, Spain
Rise and shine, then say goodbye. We're outta here after breakfast.
